FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Answers to common questions about our translation services, pricing, and processes.

How much does translation cost?

Pricing depends on language pair, subject matter, word count, formatting complexity, and turnaround time. Certified translations are priced per document or per page. Submit a quote request and we will provide a detailed breakdown within one business day.

How long does a translation take?

Standard projects are typically delivered within 2–5 business days. Urgent same-day or next-day service is available for shorter documents. Large projects are delivered in agreed phases.

What is the difference between standard and certified translation?

A standard translation is a professionally translated document suitable for internal use, business, or publication. A certified (sworn) translation is signed and stamped by an authorised translator and is required for official submissions to authorities, courts, and embassies.

Do you translate into Greek as well as from Greek?

Yes. Greek is one of our core languages. We translate from Greek into any of our 50+ target languages, and from any source language into Greek.

How do you ensure quality?

Every project is handled by a native-speaking translator with subject-matter expertise, then reviewed by a second linguist. We use translation memory and terminology tools for consistency across ongoing projects.

Is my data kept confidential?

Yes. All documents are handled under strict confidentiality agreements. Our processes comply with GDPR. Files are transferred via secure channels and deleted from our systems after project completion unless you request otherwise.

Can you handle urgent projects?

Yes. Contact us with your deadline and we will confirm availability. Urgent rates apply for same-day and weekend delivery.

Do you offer interpreting services?

Yes, on request. We provide consecutive and simultaneous interpreting for business meetings, legal proceedings, and conferences in Greece and remotely.

What file formats do you accept?

PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, InDesign, HTML, XML, and most common formats. We return files in the same format unless otherwise agreed.
