By using the Translators List website and services, you agree to these terms.

Services

Translators List provides professional translation, localisation, certified translation, proofreading, and related language services. Service scope, pricing, and delivery timelines are agreed per project in writing before work commences.

Quotes & orders

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. A project is confirmed once the client accepts the quote and, where applicable, makes any required advance payment.

Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate source documents and clear instructions
• Specify the purpose and target audience of the translation
• Inform us of any certification or legalisation requirements before work begins
• Review delivered work and report any issues within 30 days

Confidentiality

We treat all client documents as confidential. Mutual confidentiality obligations apply to all projects unless a separate NDA is executed.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of translated materials.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens.
